Alexis Gutierrez Luque is a Senior Associate at Hassans. He is an international tax lawyer, having worked for PWC and BDO before joining Hassans in 2006. Alexis assists high net-worth clients (from various jurisdictions including UK, US, Israel and Russia) in relation to their relocation to Spain and their investments in real estate transactions, providing high quality tax advice in implementing different tax structures, including relocation to Spain under the Inpatriate Tax Regime. Alexis also advises corporate and private clients in connection with their tax audits and investigations.
He also has particular expertise in advising gaming companies in connection with their business and presence in Spain. Alexis graduated in law at the University of Granada and has a Master Degree in Tax Law from the Instituto de Estudios El Monte, 2003.
He is a member of the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Cadiz.
