Sebastian’s core practice areas are in corporate and commercial law, tax law, as well as property law. He has wide experience in M&A transactions, international tax planning, real estate and private client work. Sebastian also advises clients in relation to their personal tax affairs both in Spain and worldwide and has significant experience in representing clients before the Spanish Tax Authorities in connection with Spanish tax audits and investigations.
Sebastian graduated in law at the University of Seville and has a Master in Tax Law from the University of Seville and School of Financial Studies CEF with Postgraduate Studies in Urban Planning and Land Development Law (School of Legal studies I.E.J. del Monte, 2006) and Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Law (International University of Andalucía, 2014).
He is a member of the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Cadiz.
