Matilde Alarcon is a Senior Associate at Hassans specialising in commercial/corporate and tax matters, including corporate and private client international tax planning and restructuring. She also advises on employment and social security law and has developed a particular expertise in Spanish residency and Golden Visa applications for international clients and also in relation to the Impatriate Tax Regime.
Matilde holds a degree in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Navarra, is a chartered accountant and a member of REA (Registro Economistas Auditores) holding the official title of Administration Manager, a Master in Spanish Tax Law and a Master in Financial Auditing. She has previously worked as tax coordinator for a leading international conglomerate and as an auditor at KPMG.
